Anthenelli, Phoebus & Hickman, LLC to Offer Free Advance Medical Directives to Somerset County First Responders and Front Line Workers During COVID Emergency

The COVID pandemic has taught everyone the importance of planning for the unexpected and no one knows better how to handle the unexpected than our first responders and front line workers.

From now until June 5, 2020, the lawyers at Anthenelli, Phoebus & Hickman, LLC are proud to offer at absolutely no cost the free preparation of advance medical directives to Somerset County first responders and front line workers.

For as long as the courthouses are closed, John K. Phoebus and former State’s Attorney Kristy M. Hickman will host in-person and virtual open houses every Monday and Wednesday for Somerset County first responders and persons from who work in the following areas:

  • Nurses and health care workers
  • Grocery store employees
  • Convenience store employees
  • Home improvement store employees
  • Law enforcement officers
  • Correctional officers
  • Firefighters, paramedics, and EMTs

Persons will be required to enter into an agreement for limited representation. Conflict of interest checks will need to be completed. Married persons will be required to meet together. To avoid unnecessary in-person contact, Anthenelli, Phoebus & Hickman, LLC is equipped to both consult and execute advance medical directives remotely and electronically.

Free advance medical directives for Somerset County first responders and front line workers are available on a first-come, first served basis.
